We had the most amazing stay at the Fes Marriott Hotel! This palace is strikingly beautiful - the gardens and the pool would be so amazing to enjoy in the summer time (unfortunately it's far too cold now!). Our room was huge and we loved the modern decor. The feather bed was so large and comfortable, it was way better than our bed back at home! I had a rough time getting out of it every day - I just wanted to lounge in bed and drink coffee all day! The restaurants were delicious (we tried all of them!) and the entire staff at the Marriott were so amazing and helpful. We were treated like absolute royalty here! We will definitely be coming back for another stay on our next trip to Fes!

Great 5 star hotel for the price...some annoying things such as the fact that their a/c system was set on heat and it wasn't possible to make it cool...shower could've been better and breakfast wasn't outstanding. Otherwise excellent...especially the balcony.

The room was great, but getting there was a challenge - the hotel is huge and spread out; hard to find your way. I was part of a large group touring Fez;. Dinner was included with two glasses of wine. The food was very good, but the service was pitiful and inept. Many people never even got their first glass of wine, and the staff refused to get or open more bottles. I don't think anyone received their second glass. The service staff gave the impression they had never done this work before; their supervision - if any - was non-existent. Overall a very disappointing and un-relaxing end to a busy day.
