The staff was very friendly and welcoming and the room was nice to sit in. But for the price the food was just ok. The presentation is definitely nice but it lacked in spices and charm. I would rather return to one of the local restaurants.

The curb appeal of this restaurant is fantastic, beautiful interior with candles filling the room with a romantic and warm light. The service was exceptional, personal and attentive. The food however really let the total experience down. Reviewed as an ‘Ottolenghi inspired’ dining establishment is far from what you actually eat. There was next to no Moroccan influences to the menu on the night that we dined, instead what I would describe as decent euro bistro food. Absolutely nothing wrong with it but just really lacking creativity and local flavours and colours. If it’s the spices, smells, flavours and colours of this amazing country you love then this didn’t fill the expectation sadly. That being said, it was a lovely atmosphere with wonderful hosts.
